I'd have to say if they were being THAT unruly and she was not making enough of an effort to control her children, then she should have been warned ahead of time that they will not be able to continue on their flight if she could not demonstrate control over her kids. But to stop them from getting on the plane without giving them any warning beforehand, that's terrible. On the one hand it's sad that it would have taken that kind of warning for the mother to appreciate the importance of keeping her kids in line, but the fact of the matter is, she deserved that kind of heads up. - Michael Beck via Bookmarklet
