Not that this isn't already happening, we simply may not know about it, though the conspiracy theorist in you must have suspected it, but here's a report on big brother coming to a microblogging service / web 2.0 forum near you. More interestingly is what this really says about the penetration of tools like Twitter, Friendfeed and their ilk and the usefulness of tools like summize.com to do do keyword / phrase search and aggregation on whatever the heck you (or big brother) want.
