A Florida company has acquired the Talisma CRM business from Austin-based software maker nGenera Corp. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Campus Management Corp., a provider of administrative and academic solutions, acquired nGenera’s Talisma Education division based in Bellevue, Wash., and Talisma Corp. Pvt. Ltd., an operating unit in Bangalore, India. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. NGenera acquired Talisma in May for an undisclosed amount, from a syndicate of six venture capital firms.
