"Ok so the thing in the upper right hand corner is a clock drive, it has little wheels that open and close circuits, kind of like a garden timer. Those things that have the yellow coils and the metal rectangular reeds are relays, they can open/close to turn off larger loads via a smaller amount of electricity. The thing with the piece of foam on it in the upper left is a counter, it moves every time it receives a pulse. The thing where all the wires are coming in to is basically a receptical that you would then plug other wires in to on the outside, like a patch panel. "So a friend of mine is moving in to a warehouse as a live/work space. The warehouse has a loft area and in the loft there is a giant Hall's safe. The safe is locked and the owner of the building doesn't know the combination. The safe is on my friend's lease so we can't do anything that would damage it, but we're welcome to try and open it and use it. I didn't have a pen and paper, so I wrote my username in the dust on the top, but if need be I can bring update the gallery with a photo of my username and the date." - Dave Bullock / eecue

Sorry about not taking a photo of my name on there, but I figured finger painting in the dust would be sufficient.
