You never feel like, "Oh, my God, we're a hit!" Being at the Tony Awards, performing on " David Letterman," no matter what we did, it never felt like we'd made it. It wasn't until the day of my last performance, when people camped outside for tickets and I got a standing ovation from the entire audience, that I thought, OK, maybe. . . . And it is similar to "Glee" in that way. We do it because we believe in the show so much, but I still don't think any of us feel how big it's gotten.

What a robot of a superintendent. I'm dumfounded...

Heh heh: "Showboating is not misbehavior." I bet this student has more of a history with the superintendent than is covered in the article. Still doesn't excuse the supernintendo from overreacting, though.

Does it actually matter if you do or don't get a piece of paper? Sure, it's disappointing because there's all that planning and build up, but if someone told me they weren't going to give me something that ultimately doesn't matter anyway, I'd be kind of relieved that I wouldn't need to be subjected to their bullshit anymore. I mean, the guy got the credits, they can't deny that he did the work to be finished with high school.

I'd send the school, or this supernintendo, the bill for the cap and gown though.

The purpose of the Public Schools looks like it's trending to the creation of drones that think alike and act alike. Fine for the guy that sets the program, sucks for the rest of us.

I really hate it when people say something is "in the mail" and yet 3 weeks later, I have yet to receive anything! Don't say it is in the mail if it isn't. I would rather be told the truth than be lied to! Call me crazy that way!
