We met and started doing art together so there was already that base. We've evolved through lots of phases together (art, installations, web, freelance, then our company, Ideacodes) so it seems natural. It takes a lot of understanding, respect, as well as freedom and individuality to collaborate on so many fronts. Definitely not for everyone, but when it feels right, it usually is :) - Emily Chang
