"Utilitarianism has some weak spots that you can poke at with a stick. It would probably lead to some interesting discussion. There was a essay/story I can't remember the name of it now, but it basically stated that because utilitarianism is a system which focuses on how much good a certain action does for everyone it would allow for terrible actions to be justified. One example would be the torturing or murder of an innocent person to protect the entire population of the world. There are rebuttals to this, but it will give you a place to start. Also Rawls "Theory of Justice" is a pretty good read."
