InformationWeek surveyed security professionals. I'm worried about 4% of them. Here's why:
The survey, which I am prohibited from reproducing in full, asked the security professionals about the type of IT security threat that worries them most. 4% of the survey respondents chose the answer "Robotic threats, in which a race of androids replaces our leaders and takes over the Earth." Hmm...on second thought, maybe that 4% figure is refreshingly low! - John E. Bredehoft
You can't be too careful about robotic threats! - Mitch Wagner from email
Remind me to tell you some time about the disaster recovery plan I was asked to create that included what to do in the event of The Rapture. - Andy Bakun
Inasmuch as those who were left after the Rapture are assumed to be condemned, I assume the instructions were to just move all the software to the supercomputer in Brussels, put the mark on your forehead, and carry on. (Lutherans are amillennialists, so it's academic to me.) - John E. Bredehoft
