Why doesn't the iPhone (either old or new) support A2DP? Please.. give me one convincing reason.

If I had to play devil's advocate, I would say it is because sound quality through a2dp, although better than standard bluetooth, is still below that of a wired connection. But why can't that be the decision of the customer? - Phil G
