The general estimation of prospects of its development (presence of base conditions for development of corresponding kinds of activity: raw materials or potential presence, a demand of services / demand for production, possible quality of an end-product, a perspective niche in the market, etc.); the Basic part of the innovative organisations Republics Sakhas (Yakutia) is concentrated to territory of Yakutsk where is about 80 % occupied in sphere of a science and scientific service, accustoms all 1/2 of expenses to sphere of scientifically-innovative activity of region. Performance of researches and workings out is provided with set research, design, technological and the organisations, the industrial enterprises, high schools and other establishments. In territory of Yakutsk it is formed over 40 research-and-production and interbranch associations.
