Tagging could have syntax to define personal personal tags "/Study 101/" and a community moderated (via up or down vote after addition) main set of tags "tech+/-, 2.0+/-, folksonomy+/-, /Study 101/". I also reckon auto tagging should be opt out (all tags are there select which ones to remove) rather than select which ones to add. - Allan Anderson
