@rhirsch Thanks! I have to say it's a good thing @vdichev did this stuff first. It's a good guide.
@kohlerm Definitely. I find it a good way to find new articles. They have a bit of work to do on duplicates and such though.
Ok, now back to the vacation/friends in NYC. See you all Sunday night :-)
Another #esme API2 patch submitted. This time with a couple of tests! Yay for Hudson integration!
@progrium Why is OAuth not an option? Maybe we can find a way...
Setting up unit tests for #esme API I'm working on.

@progrium It's on the #esme list. The point (and it's good) is RESTful approaches are not the right starting point for certain things.

Great #esme streaming vs. REST email from @dpp. Digesting. I'm gonna need to dig into the code and then ask more questions.
Downloading Google Chrome onto my VMWare Fusion Windows XP image so that I can use Google Gears on the train. Seriously :-(

Sent off #esme API email, started BPC test processes. Good first half-hour of work. Now for breakfast.
Hey offline Gmail seems to have incremented to version 3.0! Too bad Gears still isn't available on Snow Leopard :-(
RT @zeldman: OH: "That's not a meeting, that's a seminar." << I've been in those "meetings" and I love them. Learn a lot.
@rhirsch Heh, you can say that again :-) It's all for the best if it means getting things done. Can be difficult though.
@vdichev @kohlerm Yes, I know. My concern now is that it will drive potential participants away from the project. Thanks for being moderate.
Hmmm. Hoping the #esme API design thread doesn't explode into another almost-flame-war after @dpollak's response.
That last tweet would have been a lot more informative if I knew David's Twitter handle!
@kohlerm Oh right, of course, @dpp. Doh! Sometimes the work doesn't leave room in my brain for the thinking.
On first glance at the internets this morning this new copyright treaty sounds like a complete screwup. No wonder it was super-secret.
Read #esme API comments this morning. Lots to think about, but I've got a full day of work ahead.
@monkchips Yay for you working with more SAP groups. Looking forward to the fruits of the collective labors of Redmonk and SAP :-)
Ok, I said "completely broken". That was a gross exaggeration. It just looks ugly.
Is SCN completely broken in Safari and Chrome for anyone else right now? Looks like lists are rendering with bullets when they shouldn't be.
Struggling with the design of the XMLApiHelper in Liftweb. Going to rip it out and redo it, methinks. See if I can get it to work better.

@rhirsch @akpetteroe Ok, glad to know it's not just me. I do most of my work on airplanes so you can see how this might be an issue ;-)
I've never been able to get Maven to build #esme while offline. Am I doing something horribly wrong?
