It will be the iPhone 5S and not really. If you can hold out, do... If you can't, there isn't much new features rumoured other than a option of coloured phones

There are so many cheaper phones with Android coming out of China these days that are just as good, Jessie. (Well, they all come out of China, I guess, but I mean Chinese brands.)
- Eivind
Awesome! Can't wait for my mom to buy me one. :D
- Jessie
I guess I will wait until the iPhone72 comes out before I buy one. (That may ensure that I never have one, which is the point.)

"My first computer was a Commodore 64. I have fond memories of paging through Commodore magazines, eyes closely examining every inch of the game advertisements, dreaming of what adventures lie within the game. About 4 months ago I came across a complete PDF collection of every Compute Gazette and Run magazine. These were the exact magazines that I grew up with as a kid."

Happy 2013 to everyone! May your year shine with joy, good fortune, fulfillment, good health, good work, and good times. May your journey to your best and highest self be garnished with laughter and wonder.
Ignoring the opportunity to change/improve also makes me depressed ... that plus I didn't accomplish anything over break. Depressed about that.

I didn't accomplish anything over the break. Instead of trying to fix that, I'm going out for a hike ;(

I think resolutions are usually pretty flimsy. Too ambitious to be realistic and social expected to be flaked on. Unless they are specific and reasonable, but that's tricky to do. What about writing down the 5 things you're most happy about or proud of for the past year? You could use that to shape how you look at 2013.
- Heather
I like Heather's idea. I resolved not to make resolutions probably 40 years ago, and that's one resolution I've kept. Happily. (Also: The dead of winter is a terrible time to make resolutions. Even if, around here, today is a sparkling-if-chilly day.)
- Walt Crawford
I've had much better luck with small, sustainable changes than making grand resolutions. I like Heather's idea. I'll make a resolution to write down those things sometime in the new year ;)
- Amit Patel
This year is the first year I ever, ever, ever kept a resolution. Last January, I decided it was the "year of posture" and then throughout the year, that idea would just pop into my head occasionally (probably ended up being 1-2 times a week? maybe more), and I would improve my posture in whatever I was doing. Dunno if it helped anything posture-wise, but I'm pretty impressed that the idea stuck with me a whole year :)

I find that learning the art of staying present to be most worthwhile endeavor that I've undertaken. If I'm happy with right now, then I won't regret about it when right now becomes the past. The future is irrelevant as it doesn't exist. I find that practicing staying present and mindful ensures that I will be happy with my past and puts me in a good trajectory towards the future. It's...

Thanks for the reminder, April. It's funny, the way the last few days have gone, spending time with family and friends, I ended up being present much of the time. Must have psychically absorbed your comment before I even read it!

What April said. I prefer to give resolutions to other people (in a humorous way) and set 3 goals for myself on every birthday (early February). Less peer pressure that way.

A Bigger Blacker Box! We LOVE Cards Against Humanity, but like so many card games once you start buying expansions keeping the cards organized and in one place gets hard. So you take some cards out of the expansion and mix them in and take some cards out of the main box and store those in the expansion box claiming you will mix them up again later.
Even if you do mix in the old cards there are more expansions you will get and then the cards are in so many different places it just becomes clutter. In my quest to organize, my husband and I decided that what we needed is one box to contain them all! In other words a Bigger Blacker Box!!
- Rachel Lea Fox
There are not a lot of good box options out there that fall in the middle range, so we went for this rather large box meant to store LOTS of baseball cards. And of course I couldn't stop there. I still wanted the tell-tale look for the CAH box. So my Cameo Silhouette came to the rescue and we cut beautiful vinyl letters to name this box as exactly what it is!
- Rachel Lea Fox
Even with the main set, 2 regular expansion sets and one small holiday expansion set we are still only using just over 1/4 of the box. So this is my message to everyone over at Cards Against Humanity LLC. - We need more expansions!! Please fill my Bigger Blacker Box!!!
- Rachel Lea Fox
Wow - that's some dedication to CAH!
- Brian Johns
Lisa & I have been playing CAH at her yacht club, it's hilarious!
- Ken Gidley
I didn't comment on the organizational aspect since that part of it seems completely reasonable. :-)
- Brian Johns
go to boardgame geek - seems there are many fan contributed, print your own, expansions (game is partly CC)
- Iphigenie
That sounds sooo sexual, A Bigger Blacker Box..LOL Love It. "Happy New Year" 2 you and your Family. Be Safe
- Deborah L. Rodin-Lopez
Iphigenie, Yes you can print your own straight from the CAH website. They are very creative commons minded. But I like the full quality cards and mixing cards is very hard. They have actually been coming out with expansions very quickly. I just wanted to poke them. I have lots of space to fill. Deborah, It was totally meant that way. It is a play on two of the cards in the game...

"Most people may not have expected it, but for residents in Pingtung County’s two small villages of Wanjin (萬金) and Chishan (赤山) — with a combined population of about 5,000 — Christmas is the most important festivity of the year, since about 80 percent of the villagers are Catholics. One after another, fireworks were shot into the sky as Christmas songs were sung and a carriage, drawn by men in Santa Claus outfits and carrying two children dressed up as Joseph and the Virgin Mary holding baby Jesus, passed through the crowd. Church volunteers led the way, while onlookers took pictures of the parade."

"Many may have thought that parades on Christmas Eve only took place in predominantly Christian countries, but the residents of the two small villages neighboring Wanluan Township (萬巒) have celebrated Christmas for well over a century. “We have just celebrated the 151st anniversary of the founding of the Wanjing Basilica, and we’ve always had a parade since the founding of the church...

I so very much wish you were my next door neighbor Rachel. One, so I could steal snuggles with all your foster kittens. Two, so you could take these awesome pictures of my fur-kids.

LOL! Thanks Janet. Most of the kitten photos are just iPhone photos. :)

SteVe, don't worry. I have a baby cloths addiction. He was one of the best dressed babies before he was born! And stuffed animals and so on. :) and thank you all. I get the easy job, my sis and bro do a the work!

Do they have his first baby shoot scheduled with you yet? :)
- Anne Bouey
Anne, he lives in Rochester NY so an actual studio shoot may take a while. But I will be taking photos of him when I go out. Katy, I know! He is technically my second nephew. First on my side of the family. But then I also have two "adopted" nieces (Lorelei and Athena). He is my sister's first baby though. And my sister is kind of my baby so it's very special!!
- Rachel Lea Fox
SteVe, the Flamingo I bought a couple years ago, and actually this is the second one, the first was stolen. I've seen a few since him but not as good. His head slowly turns too. :)
