@stembridgemill Yea, it was. I've been shooting some video for a local news site as well, which has been a great learning experience.
just mowed most of the backyard. Starting another video project tomorrow. :)
@stembridgemill Well a couple days ago I filmed a lady giving her testimony. Mostly event coverage, that kinda thing.
Love my new DVD burner. Was well worth the money I spent on it. I can burn DVDs 10x faster then before. Got all 5 DVDs done in 15 minutes!

@cellGbruce1010 Thanks for the tip. I was using my parents computer to burn DVDs before, so getting an external burner was a must anyways.
is really ticked that the stupid computer won't burn my DVD's. I've gotta have 5 copies by tomorrow. ERGHHH!

I printed a calender out last night so I can write down all things I need to do. Its starting to show its usefulness already.
Off to church. I can't believe it's the first of November already. Time is flying by.
finishing up the edit on a video. Will be uploading a copy tonight to my servers for the client's viewing.
I'm going to purchase my very first tripod soon. I'm looking at package deal: a 503 hdv head and a semi nice set of legs.
Just got done doing a filming gig. Had lots of fun doing it.
I love the wm-pro and wr-pro. They work great I'm using the Olympus ME-15 for the mic.
Just finished editing the footage from last night. Now to render and upload.

Is heading to bed after a long and eventful day. Will be getting up early to edit the video I shot before church.
@brotherFDJ32 I haven't given linux a try yet. I'm not sure if all my programs will work on it, but I'll give it a try.
