Dual-Screen Laptops?! Yes, They’re Real (and Coming Soon)
Dual-Screen Laptops?! Yes, They’re Real (and Coming Soon)
"Having your browser, iTunes, IM, TweetDeck, Word, Skype, Photoshop, video editing tools, folders, and more open at the same time…well, it just takes up a lot of screen real estate. On a 15.4″ laptop, you can only fit so much before your screen is piled with program after program. gScreen, an Alaska-based notebook designer and manufacturer, aims to solve that problem, no matter where you are, with what can only be described as the PC version of a two-headed hydra: the dual-screen laptop." - Morton Fox from Bookmarklet
WANT. NOW. Actually, I want this LAST WEEK! Gimme gimme. :D - Chris, Taskerrific Guy
How about a design where by you have dual screens in laptop mode, and a tablet with the lid shut? One screen could pivot on a hinge on one side of the lid -- flip it around and lock it to the back of the lid when closed for a tablet, flip out when open for dual screens. This looks like a more robust design, though, if you just want a bad-ass, dual monitor laptop workstation. - Christopher A Carr
Weight and price are big problems with this setup. - Morton Fox

I suppose if you really want a more-or-less portable workstation... I want one because, well, it's shiny and new and has pretty screens. ;-) I'm easily amused. - Christopher A Carr

Pocket Universe will overlay constellations over a live view of the night sky; that sounds like "augmented reality" to me, and that application has been out for a while. I don't know why people keep claiming that the Yelp thing is the first. - Glen Campbell, B.A.
I've got Poket Universe, and love it. But it's not a live video overlay, it's just a bitmap of the sky. Which makes a lot of sense when you're out using it in the dark. - Steve Feinstein

One thing I will do, though, is move my blog's comments to JS-Kit for real time there. Here's why:
Because one of the real things I did with FriendFeed was to hold real time interactive blogging sessions. IE, chat. Like here, like now. But now I don't need FriendFeed for that, so I will move it to JS-Kit. - Robert Scoble
You mean ECHO? - Majento
ooh...shiny... Hah! ;-) - Rob Michael (Atmos Trio)
Yes. JS-Kit's Echo. - Robert Scoble
Would love to know what you'd like to see next Robert - Chris Saad

So JS-Kit Echo over Disqus because of the real-time stuff? I'm tempted to try it out myself. - Travis B. Hartwell
Travis: yup. We have JS-Kit Echo running over at http://building43.com. Good stuff. - Robert Scoble
My one question about this -- and maybe you can answer for me Chris -- if I integrate JS-Kit into my blog using the javascript method, Google won't be able to index comments on my site. Is that correct? If so, does JS-Kit offer an API so I can pull those down statically to serve to Google? Or what's the solution? - Travis B. Hartwell
Yes we have a solution for SEO support - deets here: http://wiki.js-kit.com/Admin+G... - Chris Saad
*looks* Thanks Chris! - Travis B. Hartwell

If ECHO was going to stand up on its own, I don't think it would need fabricated buzzwords like "social gestures." Please. - Mark Pannell
Gestures are an old notion from the Attention days Mark - Chris Saad
Thanks, Chris ;-) - Brad Williamson
Chris, do you notice any confusion among bloggers as to difference between the initial JS-Kit comment system and the new Echo? - Majento
Not really Majento - there is a little table that compares the two down the bottom of the home page - they are very different - Chris Saad
Chris, i hear you about the website. I mean online in general, when JS-Kit is mentioned. I've used both as a commenter so i know how big the difference is. Echo adds tons of spice. - Majento
We've found very little confusion actually - people seem to really understand that 'Echo' is not 'Commenting' - Chris Saad
And the difference will only become more and more apparent - Chris Saad
Does JS-Kit ECHO allows for re-export of comments? - Paul Papadimitriou
Yes you can export the whole lot in one batch - but we also sync the comments to wordpress or blogger in real-time so you can just rip it off at any time - Chris Saad
Will I still see your blog comments on FF? - Leigh Marriner
@Chris, it's a constant sync? That is amazing. - Paul Papadimitriou
Chris, I do not see any realtime synching happening on my blogs - all comments reside in Echol not in my own blog..... - Jeroen De Miranda
I hear DISQUS v3 is gonna wipe JS-Kit out of the commenting space... - Nikolay Kolev
+1 on Disqus v3...would like to know more... - brainno722 (Peter)
I would echo (no pun intended ;) what Jeroen said - I couldn't get ECHO to import/sync native WP comments on my (self-hosted) blog. Chris, I put a question on getsatisfaction 6 days ago http://support.js-kit.com/jskit... - Micah Wittman
Hi Jeroen & Micah - can u both please post your site URLs to this thread and I will have someone smarter than me help out http://support.js-kit.com/jskit... - the comments should sync in real time - Chris Saad
@Nikolay & Brain - Disqus 3 looks awesome! The two are quite different products though and will only diverge more over time. It comes down to the kind of blogger you are and what matches your needs. There's more than enough room in the market for both approaches. - Chris Saad
Robert : on all the new posts at http://www.building43.com/blogs... there is no place for comments at all - Johni Fisher
Thanks, Chris. :) - Micah Wittman
Chris, this is the Dutch blog http://www.ambtenaar20.nl ('Civil Servant 2.0') - the synchronization issue has been solved by your time today; thanks for the great support! - Jeroen De Miranda
My pleasure - we're also putting together a comparison chart of the top features, and a full feature list of Echo to help people choose the platform that makes sense for them http://wiki.js-kit.com/Feature... - Chris Saad
Chris, might be an idea to state more clearly in the documentation and/or feature list that you do synchonize fully with WP.... took some effort to find that functionality.... It is an important function. - Jeroen De Miranda
Ok are you aware of how the other platforms handle this so I can be accurate? I welcome other feedback and contributions to the wiki page as well (of course) - Chris Saad
So will you keep them linked to FF for those of us who follow you here? - Leigh Marriner

12 new items from Google Reader just got pulled into my FriendFeed account at http://friendfeed.com/scoblei.... Fresh meat! Google Reader is seeing a LOT of new users lately.
It's all part of their plan for total world domination :) - Jim Connolly
Jim, LOL. - Jigar Mehta
i'm going to go out on a limb and bring up this old chest nut...the users have always been there, growing steadily by the day :) - Zee.
The Like feature in Reader, though a small gesture, opens a big window to more of a social RSS experience. Tiny software changes can have huge cultural effects. - phil baumann
Yep... and it appears to be working! - Susan Beebe from iPhone
Zee: not really true. I've been on Google Reader for years and was #1 user for quite a while. In the past week a TON of new people have joined. - Robert Scoble
Why? - Susan Beebe from iPhone
Susan: because of the new sharing and liking and searching features. New features get PR. PR gets people to try something new. - Robert Scoble
Good point! The username feature got me back in gReader this week - Susan Beebe from iPhone
Wonder how much of it is just 'us' - Geeks feeding the same information around different sites / apps? - Jim Connolly
Jim: I don't recognize most of the names of people who've followed me in the past week. So, it might be geeks, but based on the content they are picking I'd say it's going a bit more mainstream than that. Certainly they aren't the same usual folks who I usually see. For instance, on Dopplr about half of the people who follow me there are people I've actually met face to face. In Google Reader, this week's new bunch is closer to 1%. - Robert Scoble
Robert: That would be VERY interesting! - Jim Connolly
Many geeks, but I think there's plenty of other kinds of peeps. Some in mine don't appear to be geeks. - phil baumann
Q: If I Like your Like, do you see that Like back in your feed? << - phil baumann
Phil: What do geeks look like? :-) (Visions in my mind of thye cast from Big Bang Theory) - Jim Connolly
All geeks are hot :) - phil baumann
Not too sure about that! - Susan Beebe from iPhone
Since we're on the topic, do we wanna share each other feeds here? http://www.google.com/reader... - phil baumann
Just started using it - love it! - BEX
I wonder if Google's giving us a glimpse of where Wave is going. Adding messaging into reader could kick it even farther into the social space. But then that would be sorta FFish I guess. - phil baumann
The "like" move was really smart. Based on one week of stats, a lot more people are likely to like a feature (compare to shared and shared with notes). Regarding search + follow, it is a great step forward compared to the 2 way handshake which was in place. Future will tell if people want to create yet another graph or use friendfeed + twitter. If I had to guess, I would say that friendfeed is the best solution. - Edwin Khodabakchian
phil: except FriendFeed is 1000x faster than Google Reader. The engineering team there really doesn't understand how to do fast stuff like the FriendFeed team does. - Robert Scoble
robert - the FF team is amazing. period. - phil baumann
Wow, Leo Laporte is fuming about the human rights problems he saw in China. More over at live.twit.tv - Mark
"China is a totalitarian state and like all totalitarian states they need to control the flow of information" - Leo Laporte - Mark
Mark: and this is new? I saw the same thing 10 years ago when I visited China. - Robert Scoble
Rebecca McKinnon is doing the best job of covering China. She's at http://friendfeed.com/rebecca... (worked as a journalist there for many years and cofounded Global Voices Online). - Robert Scoble
Robert: The ff team is indeed amazing. But the Google Reader team is also very good: GR has a clean internal structure, awesome APIs and keeps shipping which for a 2-3 year old product is a tribute to the quality of the engineering. The reason why I think friendfeed will win is not engineering or realtime. It is because as a user I do not want to have a sharing tool per application.... more... - Edwin Khodabakchian
yeah I guess - Mark
China blocked Friendfeed he says too :( - Mark
Edwin: the Google Reader team might be good if you are an average user. But on my account it is ssssllllooooowwwww. FriendFeed, however, with 10x as many people interacting with me is super fast. But I agree with your overall thesis. - Robert Scoble
He says the people of china dont seem to care that they live in a totalitarian state with limited freedom and censorship etc - Mark
The slow factor is due to the fact that it tracks "mark as read" which changes the nature of the back end beast. Which as you point out can add a 1-2s per query if you have 500+ feeds. - Edwin Khodabakchian
Edwin: most of the slowness I'm seeing is in adding new friends to Google Reader. Horridly slow. - Robert Scoble
Good point. This is because even if it allows asymmetric follow, the Google Reader platform was not designed for more than 500-1000 following (sources and friends included). This is one more reason why friendfeed is a better sharing and conversation platform - Edwin Khodabakchian
I am back using Chrome and Reader after a stint with Firefox and Feedly. Part of the reason for coming back was the new sharing capabilities. I am having some problems getting my follows to actually stick, but I think that the follow feature will allow me to subscribe to less feeds and more people and make better use of my time. - Sean Brady
Leo Laporte: "my colleagues in the tech world are more concerned with protecting their sources and NDA's then getting the truth out" - Mark
Edwin: this is a common problem at Google. My Google Latitude account crashes with 350 friends because they didn't plan on anyone having more than 100 friends. Lame. Until they fix this attitude they won't be seen as best of breed in social networking. - Robert Scoble
Sean: the 2.0a.012 feedly patch we pushed out last night includes support for like, new profile and the new sharing capabilities. - Edwin Khodabakchian
Mark: I wish Leo would start up a chat for this stuff here on FriendFeed. I hate IRC. - Robert Scoble
I am not hearing him on the mic are you? And I agree. - Robert Burgin
re: scoble, edwin ; i'm sure google [earth] has their own beacon logfiles for this, therefore it's not really 'lame' from *their* side , j/k ; in other words, they didn't care about the front end customers, just about themselves and *their* customers, which should be real estate, bioFarma and privatized defense contractors ; http://friendfeed.com/search... - ewing2001akaNicomedy2010
Robert: agreed. I do not think that Google can come back to in the social networking game unless they do a major acquisition. But they have a great play in the identity, profile, single sign-on field. - Edwin Khodabakchian
Edwin: and their business listings are great, overall. They could use those to get back into the game. - Robert Scoble
right now i think twitter might buy twitpic pretty soon. Google will buy both twitter and friendfeed by next year , since both are run by former employees anyway ; - ewing2001akaNicomedy2010
I think that the facebook vs. twitter vs. myspace vs. friendfeed battle is going to be interesting to watch. Friendfeed is definitely behind but they have such a better technology. They just need to find a couple beach heads and a few more Scoble's for something interesting to happen. - Edwin Khodabakchian
I thought MySpace was dead toast fish. - Bill Sodeman
Edwin: FriendFeed needs to do a few things to get to the next level: 1. Give us the ability to brand ourselves. Themes are cool, but we need them on rooms and on our own accounts. 2. We need better tools on search to get rid of duplicates. I'm getting a lot of duplicates from rooms, for instance, and there's no way to get rid of them even though they are quite consistent. 3. We need... more... - Robert Scoble
Robert: I know. What friendfeed really needs is to bootstrap an twitter like eco-system of apps: a lot of the issues you are highlighting are real and could be easily addressed by different clients offering different experiences. We have been seriously thinking about being one of those client applications. I am wondering what is the ingredient to make the ecosystem a reality. Any thoughts on that? - Edwin Khodabakchian
the satellite electronic defense league around EADS, Thames UK, SES Dutch Skies and others don't allow Microsoft/Facebook any longer to climb higher in the power league, coz he did his stuff in the 90s with Iridium. Thanks for the good conversation. Back to work now! - Edwin Khodabakchian
Edwin: FriendFeed also needs a mobile strategy beyond hoping the world gets iPhones. Start bootstrapping developers there. I wish Friendfeed had a search service that let me search all of Facebook and all of Twitter. - Robert Scoble from iPhone
I gather Friendfeed works good on the iphone? I really need help Robert, I mean, seriously, I cannot decide which smart phone to get. I don't want to buy an apple just to be cool if its not the best. Wikipedia has a huge list http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki... - Mark
But developers seem to move toward platforms that have a few things: 1. Users. 2. A decent chance of monetizing. 3. That do something unique. 4. That are open and/or resharable 5. Simple and consistent. If FriendFeed can do those things with an API it would be most impressive. - Robert Scoble from iPhone

Isn't it a little rude to refer to hidden feeds? As they used to tell us at NSA, true secrets are those shared with no one. - Jack (a.k.a. Jeber)
Jack, it is very rude to talk about a secret group, but that's one of the things I'm studying too. Humans are fun to study. SEO types are going crazy over trying to get into this account, by the way. - Robert Scoble
Robert, really, I'm just going to say this just once - repeatedly talking about your "secret feed" is ridiculous. It completely looks like an 11yo trying to grab attention and prove he's a "popular" kid. You admit it's completely rude to talk about hidden feeds, and yet you justify it because "I'm studying humans," which is another arrogant and incredibly rude thing to say (you do not refer to people as subjects, ever). So in other words, you're finally experimenting with "the friends are the filter"... you know, the method that you were absolutely insistent wasn't as good as "follow everyone" a while ago? I'm not going to say "I told you so" but... I told you so :) - Ian Betteridge
Great friends can be the best filters and can allow you to get a much cleaner stream of what's happening than following everyone - same story with RSS feeds - I think Ian is quite right, but maybe you are onto something different Robert... - Robin Good
Robin, I think we're actually both right: a lot depends on what you're looking to use your feed for. Robert uses his quite differently to the way that I use it. I don't care about 99.99% of the stuff which comes up enough to need to know about it *right now* - Michael Jackson's death being a classic example. But there are certain things that I do want to know about now, and those tend to be the kinds of things that friends would pass on. - Ian Betteridge
Robert, you could extend the walled garden concept and have an invite only blog, or paid access (that's one way to find your dedicated fans). I don't think that form of community conflicts with open formats either. Both have strengths and advantages. It behooves us to understand and interact with specific communities within both. I prefer the open type due to the nonexclusivity. For... more... - Mark Essel from iPhone
You could do a quick mashup on your site that could authenticate with twitter and show the home feed for @secretscoble on that page to everyone, without them having to join. Couple of issues with that, though. It would also show tweets from people whom @secretscoble follows who otherwise have protected feeds. Also, basic HTTP authentication b/w your server and Twitter - not very secure. - sameer
just take screen shots from time to time if you want to make a point about what you are seeing there. then get your friends' permission, and write a blog post about it. - Laura Norvig
I would keep it that way scoble - polou/indigo_bow

Scoble has the first premium Twitter account, because I am certain that people would pay a lot of money to become a follower. - Bob Blunk
Bob Plunk have you been on the sauce? Just add the people he follows to your account and you have a replica of @SecretScoble. I promise you Robert is not saving all his pearls of wisdom for that twitter account. He isn't tweeting revelations that will change the world on his alternate account. It's just some experiment he is running on things such as how much attention people pay to invites. - Mark

Robert that video was awesome to watch. That setup is amazing. You get your audience involved, respond and recognize them. Changing the game each and every day. - Geoff Farinha from Nambu

If you use the Qik link instead you won't see the blank video. I think the problem is on the FF side. - Alexander Grundner
I'm torn between thinking - "that is awesome" and "what's the point?". For Scoble it makes sense as his job depends on keeping up with all this and commentating on it. For the rest of us, not so sure this realtime river of news is really where the future is taking us. - Barak B
Love this video. You gave me an idea on utilizing feeds on a vertical screen - Thomas Chai
Apparently, Scoble either wastes his time watching 3 friendfeed columns instead of writing a new book or revising Naked Conversations (in real time) OR he just showed us how the job looks like for some community managers. - Michael Jung

...Scoble, i am as realtime nuts as u with 65 soc news monitors therefore it irritates me that the new friendfeed doesn't allow realtime button-refresh twitter updates into the feed - or i was too stupid to find the icons. it also s*ks that u cant add all u old icons to make automatic refreshes in case there is some glitch. anyone else can help out in case scoble is busy ? - ewing2001akaNicomedy2010
I read somewhere that Scoble singe-handedly save (or something to that effect) FF. Now I can see how. Thanks for sharing this. Btw, I also got black screen here, but fine video in Qik, using OSX/Firefox. - waraney rawung
ewing: I have no idea what you are asking for. Tweets come here within seconds. Seems real time to me, why do you need a button update? - Robert Scoble
Darth Scoble is more machine than man now. - Rolf Schewe
interesting.. Scoble is watching the world in his war room.. :D - Pico Seno
Proves once again how sorely track (realtime search alerts) is lacking. The setup as it is now is better divided between right and left eye serving corresponding brain hemispheres. The streams then should be tweaked in accordance with brain hemisphere functional/cognitive asymmetry; the result would be hyper-realtime web/personality blend leading to eventual zombiefication and madness :-) - Mindaugas Dagys
That's amazing, that's the reason why you're the best at what you do. Thank you for sharing that video, Robert. - Diego Espinoza V.
Can someone please tell us how to setup the Twitter stream like Robert has?? I want to set that up sooo bad. - Jeff
Looks like Nambu on the Mac doesn't it?? - Kim Flintoff from twhirl
Jeff: You turn an Apple monitor sideways. YOu open up three different Safari or other browser windows. You stretch those windows to look like my screen. You point them at various Tweet streams. - Robert Scoble

A Smattering of Antimatter
"But, let's examine why searches for "antimatter" soared 140% this past week. Is there really a capsule lying around that can take out a town? @catawu Yes I'm a huge believer in TV Fakery on 9/11.
what do you mean by tv fakery on 9/11? - Dave
TV Fakery refers to the manipulation of the live video feeds shown to public. The evidence seems to show "layering" or injection of a plane object in the 2nd hit for some broadcasts. - bill giltner
Many people are as or more qualified to answer your question, Chris. Here's my try. (see follow up) - bill giltner
Among the writers / scientists / architects / engineers who have been active in discussing 9/11, the TV Fakery area has not gone mainstream. It requires immersion in the topic, and it is based on video which is alleged to be authentic which is publicly accessible in various degrees. To my knowledge, no evidentiary body is associated with scholarship, chain of custody, or certification... more... - bill giltner
Sorry, I hadn't posted.. I'm going slow... - bill giltner
In terms of what was the most direct cause of death to those who perished as a result of the events of 9/11, the main import of TV Fakery is with casting doubt about whether the designated passenger jetliners were in fact present at the crash sites as claimed by media and govt. sources. - bill giltner
One of the leading 'TV FAKERY / alternative research BLOGS: http://killtown.blogspot.com/ (some are hugely negative on Killtown, who choses to remain anonymous, unlike most 9/11 bloggers / researchers. - bill giltner
One of the "leaders" of 9/11 truth type groups is Jim Fetzer. Fetzer has jumped on the TV Fakery bandwagon and has had "Killtown" as a guest on his radio shows over the last few years. - bill giltner
Fetzer comes across as a blowhard, and may be planted to keep any momentum from getting going by his destructive influence. I know such comments on my part may come off as paranoid and far fetched. Fetzer's path to jumping onboard the TV Fakery train is suspicious. Here's a vid of Fetzer on Hannity and Colmes: (pre-TV Fakery days) http://www.youtube.com/watch... - bill giltner
Each video (and there are many) deserves it's own analysis. - bill giltner
which video did you see, Chris - bill giltner
Another TV Fakery advocate is Morgan Reynolds: http://nomoregames.net/index... - bill giltner
Let me find the video of Morgan, when he was on with Neil Cavuto. http://blip.tv/file/854594/ - bill giltner
The Youtube video says that no planes hit the towers...right. - Nicholas James
Some videos do represent a "no planer" point of view. If they say no plane or any projectile hit the towers (1 or 2) my inclination is to part company with that. - bill giltner
The Morgan Reynolds interview (link above) states most crisply I think needs to be said about the 2nd hit. - bill giltner
Most self proclaimed "no planers" (I'm thinking Killtown) acknowledge that a plane / projectile hit tower 1, even while saying there was nothing that hit tower 2. - bill giltner
There is another extremely fascinating detail that one gets by studying the videos around the first and second hits. There are "tiny drones" that are disguised as birds, what have been named "whatsits" for obvious reasons. They are mind blowing, and I have no idea how they fit in. - bill giltner
I like this vid for sheer dazzle. You see various versions of the 2nd hit, including where "they" were using "bluescreen" background to inject the jetliner moving image. - bill giltner
I really like this 35 minute video called 911 Taboo: http://blip.tv/file/516356/ - bill giltner
And what of the people on the planes, Bill? Where did they go in these ‘scenarios’? - Anthony Citrano
I recognize your question about people and planes as totally in order. Other than the research by "Team 8", which I'll have to find a link to, not a lot has been uncovered. Personally I have no conjectures, nor news articles / evidence that offers any foundation to formulate a theory about what happened. In general I presume that all "passengers" are indeed deceased. - bill giltner
The complexity involved in the analysis, and the need to be measured as researchers about the logic of the situation is one the reasons I don't recommend any of the versions of the movies Loose Change,9/11 Mysterious, or "In Plane Site". In each case these movies take footage and make a case for particular interpretations that are not always well supported, and often leave out or manipulate the footage that would suggest an alternative conclusion. - bill giltner
Since the idea the planes crashes were faked seems so implausible to most people, I recommend this 2 hr video that provides the overall context for who was behind 9/11. The vid fails to mention Dov Zakheim http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki.... Other than that omission, I think it covers a good bit about who and why. Next to nothing is here to explain how. http://blip.tv/file/1863375/ - bill giltner
So, setting aside Occam's Razor for a moment, and the question of where the plane passengers went, the hundreds and hundreds of witnesses are all full of shit? Or confused? Or they, too, were watching some kind of magic movies projected into the sky? - Anthony Citrano
Anthony, Could you take about 30 minutes and watch this?: http://blip.tv/file/516356/ - bill giltner
Possibly; for now, though I'm just wondering - in your personal view - under whatever theory you subscribe to or whichever one you prefer intellectually, that is, the one that sits best with you - 1: what happened to the people who were on the aircraft; and 2: to what phenomena do you ascribe the hundreds of eyewitness accounts. Just a really brief thirty-second encapsulation. - Anthony Citrano
There's not one good witness. If you look for it, rather than rely upon "what everyone knows," you will find out. "Plane" videos and newscasts were falsified. Those who disappeared, who were booked on those flights? good question. Do you really think the organizers of this scam would allow those folks home? I'd like to know what happened to those people too. If more people would bother to notice the whole story stinks to 33rd heaven, maybe we'd have a chance to find out. - Marg Uerite
Also, 2 of the "flights," which allegedly took place, did not appear in the official BTS database - they were apparently canceled one week before. http://www.webfairy.org/noplane... The airline records were initially hidden under the pretense of "might compromise terror investigations /trials" And are now not available to lawyers for the plaintiffs with minor exceptions and under strict rules, nor allowed to the public for reasons of purported "trade secrecy" Thanks for asking., - Marg Uerite
Having been in Yahoo political chat DURING 9/11 and subsequently participating in very heated debates on the issues you raise, also being a confirmed skeptic of anything the media in general promotes, thus investigating the issues on my own-reading EVERYTHING on the subject, pro and con, I can tell you catagorically that there WERE planes that hit the Twin Towers, the Pentagon and a... more... - Molly
To continue: The concept that someone would rather think that family members/neighbors/friends (those ARE the government/police/CIA/FBI (insert acronym here) ) would commit such atrocities instead of the ones who EXPRESSLY STATE they want to kill as many of us as they can boggles my mind. Someone mentioned Occam's Razor, which I deeply subscribe to. You would have to abandon ALL... more... - Molly
Molly, I haven't tried to block many people. It's not personal, since I don't know you, really. I have no time for your approach here and will be blocking you from any FF territory I can. - bill giltner

I would like for the person in question to have to go to the effort (as a very minimum) to use a diff. id to be able to post here. If you have any personal knowledge of Molly (I think it was), and would like to bring evidence that he/she is worthy, I'm open to what that may be. Having spent 15... more... - bill giltner
...actually a morgan reynolds noPlaner comment piece went a bit tv-mainstream viral on fox [+ yt mirrors] years ago and currently on twitter [robertgdaniel, TweeChing etc...] . since then it was only ridiculed on the 2009 A+E show with Patrick Swayze, painting noPlaners either as meth- [AlexJones/Jason Bermas, refering to *me*] or Weedheads [in general] ; -> http://www.youtube.com/watch... ; more at http://tinyurl.com/eurospa... - ewing2001akaNicomedy2010
Bill, I'm going to say this, and then i'm going to hide this thread. The fact that you just blocked Molly because she had a differing opinion than you on this shows that you are someone who cannot hold a logical and adult discussion over anything. Spouting your paranoid philosophy over a tragic event and then chastising someone for disagreeing you is cowardly. Now I'M done. - Haggis (Sean Loyless)
Sean, you are either another troll, or you simply don't have a deep enough understanding to see Molly for what she was. Report on this: 911 Taboo: http://blip.tv/file/516356/ or perhaps you should be blocked as well. - bill giltner
Nico. It's tough for me to understand your behavior. I still don't have a reasonable explanation for why I was kicked from no-planer yahoo group. - bill giltner
Wow, the pot just called the kettle black. Block away, i'm going to do the same to you. I don't need this negativity on my feed. - Haggis (Sean Loyless)
As long as you are still here, I appreciate the ongoing discussion. - bill giltner
A 'discussion' which allows room for only one point of view is called a lecture or a sermon. - Rob Michael (Atmos Trio) from fftogo
Molly was not in good faith since she grossly misrepresented our POV an exhibited an assumption of superiority - she was right, without bothering to familiarize herself with the voluminous history of this discussion. That characterization of "lecturing Molly" is generous. Allowing what amounts to heckling is not "free speech," it's a lack of self-protection and boundaries. - Marg Uerite
Haggis is also someone who believes he has command of all the right answers without bothering to check or to look at the evidence. So far we have been called "paranoid" and "spouters." The real spouters are those people who betray their own ignorance, in a bossy way, without knowing what they are talking about. - Marg Uerite
I wouldn't let a five year old around to get into "conversation" with grown-ups, if it was a serious and important issue either. - Marg Uerite
I can't innumerate from how many boards and conversations people who know about 9/11 have have been banned. It's nice to have a protected space to discuss it for a change. Maybe Nico can enumerate: DemocracyUnderground, Huffington, DailyKos, MSNBC, CBS.. If it were possible to ban us from here, I'm sure we would be. - Marg Uerite

Nico, Did you or did you not participate in publicity stunts in NYC (St. Marks, ground zero)? Is it fair to say that fair to say some of your activities were possibly one step higher than Ace Bakers' fake suicide on Fetzer's radio show. As much as I agree with our your analysis of 9/11 and your analysis of disruptive agents, you yourself are a liability. Combine that with your inability to be fluent and articulate speaking in front of Americans, you are cooked. - bill giltner
My so called "publicity stunts" at St. Marks [and also later against AlexJones/WAC; NewAge Larouchians etc..] were just fine, while everyone else was hiding in their self-paranoid internet niches ; I expressed my anger with some neoNazi satire printout plus vocalism against WarCriminal Les "Urantia" Jamieson apprx. a few days after i was banned at 911blogger.com, which was then run by... more... - ewing2001akaNicomedy2010
