The University of New Haven men's and women's basketball teams officially kicked off the 2009-10 season Thursday with their first practices and Midnight Madness at Charger Gymnasium. Both teams will spend the next month preparing for an opening day on November 15, 2009. The women's team will open at home against Dominican College on Sunday, November 15 at 2 p.m., while the UNH men hit the road for their first two games, against Molloy College on November 15 and American International College on November 18.
