Hardest day of the week, leg day!

It's the hardest, but also the most gratifying. I POUND my legs, and I see the results. I need to get off this crazy work schedule so I can go back to my workouts. It's been three weeks of crappy, workouts, that following five weeks off for the back injury. Legs are at zero again. Sigh... -
Better than what I can say. I don't even squat anymore. How can you do legs with out squatting? It's the KING of all leg exercises. -
