It's the hardest, but also the most gratifying. I POUND my legs, and I see the results. I need to get off this crazy work schedule so I can go back to my workouts. It's been three weeks of crappy, workouts, that following five weeks off for the back injury. Legs are at zero again. Sigh...

Better than what I can say. I don't even squat anymore. How can you do legs with out squatting? It's the KING of all leg exercises.
