More for me!!! Also, you clearly never had my grammy's pumpkin pie.
- Bren, Photophobe
from iPhone
Are you eating storebought pies or homemade?
- Spidra Webster
you don't like pumpkin pie? that's not a euphemism? can i have your slice?
- Kendra K
Spidra, I've tried both. The storebought ones are clearly worse, however.
- Ha3rvey (not Akiva)
Kendra, you can have all of the pumpkin pie I have ever been offered. Every single molecule of it.
- Ha3rvey (not Akiva)
Have you eaten pumpkin pie made by someone lovingly referred to as "Meemaw?"
- The Letter M
M, I'm not sure. I don't have a Meemaw of my own, but thinking about Big Mama's sweet potato pie makes me a little misty.
- Ha3rvey (not Akiva)
pumpkin pie is gross, but there are others who find pleasure in it, and I will not deter them
- RAPatton
This is a man (without pumpkin pie).
- Micah Wittman
One more thing: I don't like most sweet potato pies. My mom's pie has lemon juice in it, and it's not overly sweet. I can actually taste the sweet potato.
- Ha3rvey (not Akiva)
As long as I'm losing subscribers today, the only way I will ingest marshmallows is in Rice Krispies Treats.
- Ha3rvey (not Akiva)
Not even flaming on the end of a stick? I.. . don't understand.
- The Letter M
Solidarity brother, solidarity. Also? Sweet potato pie? Unless is drowned in whipped cream, get it out of my face.
- EricaJoy
Not even flaming on the end of a stick. I am unanimous in this.
- Ha3rvey (not Akiva)
Well then... would you be opposed to using marshmallows, flaming on sticks, as torches whilst wandering in the woods? (moment of sanity: I really dislike marshmallows. Even in cocoa)
- The Letter M
Actually, I don't have a problem with them as long as I don't have to eat them. As a source of light and heat, I guess I'll give them a pass.
- Ha3rvey (not Akiva)
marshmallows are for burning, not for eating.
- Kendra K
I stand with H3rvey. If I could RE-follow him to show my support, I would.
- Kevin Pedraja
I don't like pumpkin pie, but I do like pumpkin bread.
- Anna Haro
I don't like pumpkin pie, with one exception - the pumpkin pie made by my friend Mike. It is just enough different than most that I can eat a bit. Not a whole piece, but it doesn't make me retch.
- Jennifer Dittrich
I've had some pretty good pumpkin bread. I can deal with that.
- Ha3rvey (not Akiva)
I don't like pumpkin pie, either. It's Scott's favorite, but being allergic to cinnamon, he has to be VERY particular about the pumpkin pies he indulges in.
- Ladybug Heather
Oh LBH.. that seriously sucks. Pumpkin Pie with no cinnamon is good but missing things. Would guess a lot of whip cream would be needed to help
- CW™
For the record, I don't like whipped cream, either. Ick.
- Ha3rvey (not Akiva)
Dear Harvey, Due to this post, the Department of Homeland Security has chosen you for deportation. No American is allowed to not like pumpkin pie. We will be by shortly in jack boots to escort you to the nearest airport.
- Alex Scoble
Well, well, well ...I don't like STUFFING! SO THERE!
- Jeremy
Dear, Jeremy, Due to the comment you made in this thread, the Department of Homeland Security has chosen you for deportation. No American is allowed to not like stuffing. We will be by shortly in jack boots to escort you to the nearest airport.
- Alex Scoble
Jeremy, when you say "stuffing," do you use it as a noun or a verb?
- The Letter M
Aden, will you still be wanting your Saturday 9pm glute massage? Somebody's been bugging me for that slot.
- Ha3rvey (not Akiva)
oh really? Well if you boys (and girls...hey not picky) want to trade slots, that is fine with me. Variety pleases the Aden. :)
- aden (yeah you heard me)
I can't promise you can get that slot back, though. Choose wisely.
- Ha3rvey (not Akiva)
No Joy Division, Collective Soul, French rock or Blasters at eMusic, Stereophonics sound pretty good, I have all the Crystal Method's albums, And I'll have to put Sigur Ros in the saved folder for next month.

I'm gonna have to buy a booster pack for Lee Fields. That album is all kinds of awesome.
- Steven Perez
I find it amazing that eMusic is still around. I've kind of always thought of eMusic as the Geocities of music distribution sites. I downloaded my five free songs (or however many it was at the time) probably ten years ago, and haven't really gone back since. IIRC, one of those songs was off of Eminem's first album (when it was new - because I definitely wouldn't pay for it). That's how long ago I was there.

Sir, randomly linking to your FriendFeed from one of my posts is oh wait you'll never see this because you're blocked for spamming. Thanks anyway, kaghazrangy.

- William Harryman
Akiva, wasn't that pic taken at your last BBQ?
- Paul
Every time I see this picture I smile. Their joy is infectious, like herpes.
- Sparky, a big deal
Paul, I surely do wish I had a beach in my back yard!
- Akiva Moskovitz
Sparky, I'm going to have this blown up to poster-size and attaching it to the ceiling above our bed. That'll cause some infections!
- Akiva Moskovitz
makes me want to grow a rack and diddle with my own, know what I'm saying?
- sofarsoShawn

I still want to know the motivation here. is this a gay marriage argument? or are we already pushing group social contracts on friendfeed?
- Noah David Simon
oh man this one keeps popping up on ma friendfeed,....must spread virus nao
- Chris Hofmann
I'm surprised no one's noticed old boy's red-framed glasses.
- Akiva Moskovitz
oh right... the glasses are so important when three asian men are licking his nipples and all the comments are by people who think gay marriage has something to do with equality... when it has everything to do with taking protections away from children. the red glass glasses.... um yeah. chicken and Oklahoma with milk
- Noah David Simon
Mark, you have uncovered the dark underbelly of humanity except in this case it isn't dark but is rather a pasty hue somewhere in the vicinity of undercooked flan.

i think if you unlike and delete all your comments anna it'll go away, but hide in general would be nice too (this photo makes me smile every time it pops up so don't mind it)...

It will go away, to be replaced with photoshops of the original. It's all part of the meme lifecycle.

I'm officially going to proclaim that this is the FF equivalent of Goatse or FFoatse if you will. Lets all refer to it as that from this point forward.

Sparky has left 57 comments. The rest of you are slacking. Hop to it!

As much as I am loathe to bump this post, I have to do it to say, You, sir, are a master. Well played, sir. Well played. This is why I take every opportunity to say, in my next life, I want to be Akiva. I've already called it! Don't anybody go getting any more ideas.
- ♥patricia♥
I, for one, refuse to "bump" posts...it's very unseemly...

I wish FF-search allowed to do GROUP BY -aggregations so I could COUNT(*) who are the biggest *bump*ers. :)

There is nothing silly about it. This is serious business.

It's just so refreshing to see genuine juvenile humour at work. These kids are no different from any other, I think it's a great happy image, given all the other shite happening in this world on a daily basis. For those that are too pompous and prudish, 'up yours with brass knobs'

the thing that strikes me about this (aside from the obvious) is after seeing this thing pop up like 35-40 times since March its just occurred to me that I don't have any (guy) friends that a) would lick my nipples b) would lick my nipples for a photograph. Maybe I should get out more...
- J. Abdul-Qahhar
I'm a little scared that I've this has gotten more than 800 comments and almost 200 likes over nearly five months and I still haven't clicked "Hide."

It's just a bit of fun. I mean watching how many comment, not the picture content (although I suspect that is all that was too!)
- Ian May
Allright, you guys ready to shoot "mirth and girth"?
- Rick Cogley
For the life of me, I'll never understand the emotion people have around this picture for or against. There's no nudity at all, not even implied nudity. Less dude nudity than a beer commercial or cigarette ad, yet there are people who really really really hate this picture.

I found a way to get a Tit Theme, and it involves this picture.

Hmmm, where do you think they're from? My guess is Japan...
- sofarsoShawn
The bumping algorithm includes things like novel people posting to it, in addition to thread age, and rapidity of comments. If the same 3 people are talking in a thread, it quits bumping because it's obviously a closed tea party.
- Matthew DeVries
I forgot, also you're a very handsome guy(saw the wedding images), I don't understand why you don't like to share your face. Rochelle is a lucky lady.

On Fark, there was this one thread, that just kept growing and growing. On Fark, it was a single page per thread. And you could post images and gif inline. Well the thread wouldn't die, people just kept posting. I forget which one it was. Anyway, it got so monsterous, that few people going to read/post to it per day (which was only a handfull) accounted for 1/3 of the server load of the site. They eventually had to cull that thread.
- Matthew DeVries
I think everyone who has participated in this thread has 'culled' themselves privately.

I'm brainwashing, I mean, showing my daughter most of the cartoons I used to watch. She loves Care Bears and Tom and Jerry. ;)
- Lauren
I don't know if it is just me or not, but it seems like the cartoons we grew up with were drawn better and the plots were interesting. The cartoons out there now are just blah to me. Maybe I'm just weird.
- Lauren
No, I've felt the same way, Lauren. Most of the cartoons from late 90s on sucked. They're stupid and no good story or characterization.
- Araceli
Thank goodness, I am not the only one. I don't want Katherine to watch the new versions of our shows either. I can't stand the way the new Care Bears and Strawberry Shortcake are drawn. Ugh. Now I need to buy more DVDs. I also have the Inspector Gadget theme song in my head! Oh and three other shows and they aren't cartoons: Guts, Double Dare, and Legends of the Hidden Temple.
- Lauren
lol. I thought about those Nick shows, too. Are you afraid of the dark, too.
- Araceli
Yes! Clarissa Explains it All, Hey Dude, You Can't Do That on Television.
- Lauren
OMG, Inspector Gadget yes. I almost forgot about that one. And then later, Hey Dude for sure.
- Jandy, ConcertMaven of FF
Oh, oh! One of my favorites Carmen Sandiego.
- Araceli
Another gem , Ghostbusters! I loved CS. I cracked up when I read this: If Carmen Sandiego and Where's Waldo had a child, we'd never find him/her. So true!
- Lauren
lol. I would love a Carmen Sandiego movie. Provided they don't butcher it. I think I may have to go watch the cartoon now.
- Araceli
Here's a great website if you can't think of a title. I am still looking for a show I used to watch on Nick and I will find it someday, lol! http://www.retrojunk.com/

Ok, I had the PJ Sparkles doll, but I never knew there was a cartoon of it. Mum just brought that (and many other toys) down from the attic so Katherine can play with them. Kate's favorite toy from my childhood: Nala from The Lion King. Next thing I will hear from her will probably be, "Mummy, I want a lion cub."

Do any of you remember when Nick at Night used to play 50s-70s shows? It feels weird seeing Malcolm in the Middle on there. I used to watch I Love Lucy, The Dick Van Dyke Show, and The Mary Tyler Moore Show, etc. Of course, MTM has always had a special place in my heart.
- Lauren
Speed Racer, Battle of the Planets, Rocky & Bullwinkle and Underdog were my favorite after school cartoons.
- RAPatton
I miss old school Sesame Street. Katherine doesn't watch SS now, because she feels it is too "young" for her. I let her watch the old episodes on YouTube and she loves Grover and Kermit. Go figure. ;)
- Lauren
As in the baby talk from Elmo annoys her and she doesn't understand why he isn't speaking at the same level as her. (I think because we never used "baby talk" with her, she doesn't get that he uses it when he is supposed to be teaching her something.) I told her Elmo is supposed to be younger than her, but she doesn't care. I can't help that Katherine is very opinionated.

A Twitter user who runs the account "ShitMyDadSays" has just landed a deal to take his Tweets to TV. CBS has decided to create a comedy project based on the Twitter account, which is run by 28-year-old Justin Halpern. Halpern moved back in with his parents in San Diego and started the account shortly after. "ShitMyDadSays" is pretty much what it sounds like: it consists of Halpern Tweeting out the funny, off-color, and usually profane things that his 73-year-old dad says. The quotes are hilarious, offensive, uncensored, and uncut. ShitMyDadSays was ranked one of the 10 funniest Twitterers on the web. Read the Tweets below! "ShitMyDadSays" has over 700,000 followers and, in addition to the CBS deal, recently landed a book contract. The Live Feed reports: "Will & Grace" creators David Kohan and Max Mutchnick are on board to executive produce and supervise the writing for the multicamera family comedy, which Halpern will co-pen with Patrick Schumacker. Halpern and Schumacker will also co-exec produce the Warner Bros. TV-produced project, which has received a script commitment.
