I had multiple answers on #5 (I keep a local spreadsheet and I keep a running list of watched movies on my blog and another site I run); #8 (I use all those methods in combination to decide what to watch); #10 (I spend between $25-50 a month in cinemas, $25 a month on Netflix, and $100 a month on cable/internet, but not primarily for movies). Those answers are not mutually exclusive, and I ended up answering "other" since I couldn't choose multiple ones. Multiple choice on those would've been really useful. - Jandy, ConcertMaven of FF
