this supposed taxi-free town according to my sister has 2 minicab firms and a taxi just cruised by empty...
oh if Westerham is 'country' then Beacon Hill in Surrey was in the fucking jungle. LOL.
car driving sisters thought it'd 'take hours' walk 5 miles 'no pavements u know'. Err heard of footpaths? I hear they are popular.
now arriving in the heady delights of Westerham
@twinkleboi #in2010 I will not flood twitter with tweets ;-)
@gybo5 the forum comment function won't work on Opera Mini/mobiles. I think the CAPTCHA confuses it. Can we lose it for mobiles?

on the bus to Hayes. How I wish wish wish rail was working today
@elvisofdallas exactly. Obama talks the good talk but his actions betray. I think a year is long enough for him to sort it out by now.
Radio Clash: Last words from DJNoNo Ulysses, or why I stopped going to Second Life http://www.radioclashblog.com/archive...
@sizemore @documentally I got rid off my telly about 4-5 years ago. Just stopped. Totally TV free Xmas til I get to my sisters.

great Xmas Day, John made an amazing Cote du Boeuf and we had Venison as starter. We finished watching Box of Delights.
weirdest radio of 2009: hearing the director of tonight's R3 Handel's Messiah explaining why she showed resurrection live on stage. Right.
same but for 'telly' substitute 'family' RT @hannahnicklin: I only need one day a year to remind me why I don't do telly.
Vic Chesnutt is dead? That really sucks. Someone play 'Monkey in a cage' for me, I'm away from civilization.
I think @deanwhitbread & myself in years past had the best idea. Go abroad.
I think @deanwhitbread & myself in years past had the best idea. Go abroad, run away, family eek.

for a bus that's not guaranteed to come.
obviously all being car drivers they wonder what the fuss is about, never waited at 5am at an icycold bus stop in the dark.
would like to be there but getting up at 4am for a 4 hour round trip via Heathrow means it's losing it's appeal and stressing me out
problem is Boxing Day had no trains except a few services, and a Sunday service so no early buses. aargh!
family nightmare: sister finally emailed me at 7am today & said I needed to be at Gatwick at 9am tomorrow for my lift to Kent.
walking in Hampton Park saying hello to the deer. Apparently we'll be eatibg their relatives later
