Betsy #TeamMonique to Betsy's feed, Fitbit Fans
Anyone else having trouble syncing today? It hasn't synced since 9:47 this morning. I want to log the 53 flights of stairs and 3 miles I've done since then.

I'm syncing fine- my paltry 3K steps, that is.

It's happened before, but not for this long. It's usually several minutes, not 12+hours.

And actually docking it isn't working?

I just synced, but I also have it in the dock charging.

It's in the dock. I checked the System Profiler, and it registers that the dock is plugged in. But it doesn't sync.

Try resetting it manually.

I downloaded the software and set up as if it were a new device. This time the website synced.

That's the same thing I did a week ago, Betsy.

There's been two occasions where my Fitbit display did not show any steps, stairs climbed, etc., but when I synced it, it came up there. Not sure why the display wasn't working. It did show things, but just not the actual numbers. Curious??
