"These fries are slices or wedges of fries dipped in beaten egg and rolled in panko crumbs. This recipe originally came from Sunset Magazine, but we found it at the Circle B Kitchen blog, where Patrice says, "Crunchy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside… I dusted them with a little parmesan cheese, which was so unnecessary. But wow." We say wow too! These look amazing."
