I'm kinda partial to the "roll each strip up, then freeze them" method. Probably no less work than the wax paper method, and you do have to thaw them before you can unroll, but... I guess I have an aversion to unnecessary use of wax paper. It's stupid, I know. - Andrew C (✓)
