Cee Bee The burgers are just Single (hamburger or cheeseburger--most just order that), Double, Triple, Double-Double, Quad..http://www.in-n-out.com/secretm... Also, I was told that say ordering a Doulbe meant you get two patties and one slice of cheese, whereas a Double-Double is two patties and two slices of cheese. A Quad is 4 patties and a 4x4 is 4 patties with 4 slices of cheese. - Anika
