This recipe may seem like it takes a lot of cooking time, but in reality it's just the time it takes to cook veggies, shreds of chicken, and the noodles. The end result: crisp vegetables, tender noodles and morsels of chicken that are all tossed in a zippy dressing spiked with lime juice, fish sauce and a kick from some Sriracha. To add a little more color and flavor, shower with finely sliced mint and basil.
