Strong Posture - the need for it. This theme runs through our days and I see it in my clientele. Small changes can make profound improvement. 3 posture points to work on: pull your shoulders back and down...don't lock joints, don't let your hips tuck under you.
Beautiful morning on the Central Coast. Sun peaked out between the fog. Got some chest high clean waves. Felt yesterdays back workout in the water. Each session reinforces the need for flexibility. I will make it a top priority for me and my clients.
