One other thing I forgot to mention is when you add FF addon "Ubiquity" which integrates a natural language command system for all google apps it will blow your mind. I think anyone would be hard pressed to come up with a better email productivity package than the Gmail/FireFox/Ubiquity combo. - Mike Elliott
