Do you know the program's name (the command name), it can generate such image? (It's a program at least 20 yrs old, I had played that 20yrs ago)

20 years ago, I had an IBM 5550, and it had such program. You know it's my *childhood toy*, now I recreated it in JS + HTML5 canvas <http://blog.yjl.im/2010...> in order to find out what it was. You probably need to be old enough to help me... any information would be greatly appreciated.
