@magali, this recipe is Azerbaijani so diffucult to translate for us but: ingredients: one cup biscuits flour (there is a diffirent recipe for this), 5 large eggs (yolk and white of the take), one cup sugar, half a teaspoon vanilla.- for biscuit flour ingredients: half a cup of wheat flour + two tablespoons of starch flour and mix them together and sifting. - construction of the cake: heat oven to 180 degrees. grease and flour baking pan (into the baking pan you can put on a cooking paper).. in a deep bowl mix egg yolks, half a cup of sugar and vanilla with mixer. they will be white and cream. in another bowl mix egg whites and the last half a cup of sugar with mixer and make some cream. and then mix all (two cream and biscuit flour) very slowly with spatula (not mixer), pour into baking pan and bake in a hot oven (180 degrees) for 20-30 minutes.(please also see the photos on link: - Parfe
