Is there a way to turn off the automatic link to my Friendfeed that is added when I Cc posts to Twitter? It's annoying to people who follow me there.

You can turn it off in the settings link you get when you compose a message.

Hi, currently there is no way to turn off the ff.im links, however you can have them link to the source article if applicable in your post settings (http://friendfeed.com/setting...).
