I emphatically support special FF logos for various holidays and special days. BTW, my birthday is April 12. I can supply photos if wanted.

I obviously can't understand most of the thread, but I like this 12 hours ago for a reason, and I'd like to see FF do this; the ultimate statement of support for peace and understanding.

I support this idea purely out of fairness. It wouldn't be fair to only include western holidays. As proven by this thread, we don't all live in the US.

thank you April Russo for your beautiful viewpoint :)

It would be good if this process will be done for all other holidays

If you use the word "arrangement" as a replacement for the Persian word "sofreh" it makes much more sense than the word "table". Specially when you say: "a table that is spread ...." it does not make sense for English speaking people. Besides it can be arranged on the floor; hence the more suitable word, "arrangement".

Sure, that would be a nice nod to the large number of Persian-speaking users here. Only problem might be if this is a religious holiday. I think that FF has tried to avoid any religiously-charged imagery in the logo. Everything I've seen has been secular so far, such as snowmen for Christmas. Though this image here has nothing obviously religious about it. It might be a bit puzzling, but I'm sure word about what it meant would spread around FF soon enough.
