I'm trying to get team members to join FriendFeed as the MAIN collaboration and communication platform for us to use to run our Independent businesses, but I'm just not having luck getting the people here who would benefit tremendously by being here. Any ideas on how I can overcome this obstacle?
Not sure if you got the answer you were looking for but my business partners and I at the Secret Women's Business Network ( http://www.swbnetwork.com/blog... ) use FriendFeed as a collaboration tool as we are on three different continents. We have a private room where we do our collaboration and a public one http://friendfeed.com/swbnetw... where we share bits and pieces to the world. It really is fantastic as a communication and collaboration tool.

I'm in the same position. I have friends on my Yahoo Groups mailing list that would benefit being on FF (if any for the email features) but they are not interested. I'd prefer it as it will kick down my emails even more, ah well.

Jannifer I really believe we need (or rather I need) to stop trying to sell friendfeed or twitter or anything that's not email. We need to sell the concept.
