This room is to report accounts suspected of spamming on FriendFeed. Please post the user, one or more examples of suspected spam, and a short description of what is happening. Please search for an existing user before posting and Comment/Like the existing post instead of making a new one.

Although I won't be the one to handle it because I don't deal with non-English posts, you need to link to examples of the spam. Just referring the user's account isn't good enough.

As far as I can tell, you have a lot of trolls there, but not spammers. Posting repeated periods is annoying as hell, but it's not commercial and thus not spam. I recommend blocking these trolling users so you do not see their posts anymore.

yes this kind of behaviour is defined trolling, not spamming.. but for a post with more than 400 comments from about 25 fake accounts blocking is not enough... just deleting the comments takes a long time... an they have to be deleted because the name of fake users are insulting to a point I have NEVER seen in my life.

Unfortunately, Friendfeed/Facebook employees are hardly ever here anymore so blocking is the best option you have available to you until someone who has the power to enforce TOS shows up...

Here's what I know of FF spam enforcement: most of the people who are empowered to take care of spam are volunteers. Most of them speak/read English as their first language. They are empowered to get rid of spam, which is defined as commercial posts/comments in non-commercial areas and posts that are cross-posted to a very long list of groups,

In order that the power is not used in an arbitrary way, it is necessary not just to post the user's home feed URL, but to post a link to examples of places where the user has spammed. If the entire conversation linked to takes place in a language other than English, it may be difficult for those volunteers who are only fluent in English to find out whether what is linked to is actually spam and thus to take action. Thus the complaint may wait until a volunteer fluent in that language can take action.

There are a number of other things that are violations of Friendfeed's Terms of Service that don't qualify as spam. The volunteer spam-killing team is not empowered to get rid of those accounts or sanction those users. Only Friendfeed/Facebook staff can. Because Friendfeed/Facebook staff are not often here or able to respond to TOS complaints that are not spam, I would recommend using FF's tools for blocking a user from your feed. You are in control of what you see here. If seeing someone being an insensitive or threatening jerk is upsetting you and there's no FF/FB staff here to take care of it, the best solution in the meantime would be to block that user.

The spammer makes IDs with names insulting someone that the regime killed. He is using that ID to spam around. There is a difference between insulting someone and using their name with insult as a user name. To make it clear his user name is something like "fuck ......." and he spams with this user name.
