Diggo does have a community behind it, as does Digg and Stumbleupon. It's still early in the game though, I cant say the masses have caught on too Diigo as of yet. - Mike Fruchter

Don't forget offline promotion. Many people who are now regular readers and commenters of my blog came to my site because I told them the URL or keywords to google for. The best way to show my support for an author is to comment on her/his posts. - Benedikt Koehler
