No, I'm sorry. You're both wrong. The world's shittiest Ramada Inn is in Eau Claire, WI. It is SO BAD, in fact, that it is now a vacant complex, complete with shrubbery growing in the cracks in the parking lot. (It was already going down the tubes when I was going to college here in the 70's. They needed more housing for students, so half of the Ramada Inn served as overflow dorm space for the student population. It didn't affect their motel business, since they were never more than half full anyway.)
