well, according to my wife, the ladies room is usually disgusting. Woman miss alot becuase they try to stand and squat on the toilet seat (which also leaves nasty crap all over the toilet seat). So, I imagine, something like this might help ladies stay a little cleaner when they use the loo. Further, crowded places the ladies room is often more crowded (with a line) than the mens so, theoretically if in a dire situation it would broaden the toilet options for the lady who really had to go. - Bill Rawlinson
