"I was going to ask if images from TwitPic saved on Posterous would link back to TwitPic as I remember reading somewhere that any image fetched via their API would need to link back...figured this would be the same with full sized images. Instead I found the following: "Improper Use of Data Data mining, "scraping", and/or unauthorized crawling of Twitpic by any means is prohibited unless explicit permission is given. Using any data from Twitpic (including images, data from images and/or users) that is not available through authorized channels is also prohibited unless explicit permission is given.
