Maybe just change eating habits rather than diet? I find diets never work long term for me - I get too bored and then get back to old (bad) habits. Changed my eating habits end of August - it was tough but I stuck to it, now its second nature. Also, love my Wii fit - it got me active again. (just had an image of Ed doing a homage to THAT Wii fit video in his mankini...) ;) - Andrew

There isn't a search function in there but if you put the forum's RSS feed for "Recent Posts" into your Google Reader you can search the whole forum from Reader - sounds odd I know but it works. - Isha (Marysia)
