You know, you could have just started feeding in your tweets here and achieved the same, right? Or would that have been too subtle?
- Mr. Gunn
http://twitter.com/glitterpoet Don't mean to offend but it's usually not religious. Porn, drinking, dancing, music,makeup....I still do healing work. I just don't talk about it much anymore.

My twitter stream is the typical... random thought bubbles, food porn pics, and shared items relating to technology, politics, and $$$. http://twitter.com/sean808080 is where you find me. Oh and I like unicorns and fairy dust.

"Robert H. Lustig, MD, UCSF Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology, explores the damage caused by sugary foods. He argues that fructose (too much) and fiber (not enough) appear to be cornerstones of the obesity epidemic through their effects on insulin."

That's been my experience. And sugar is highly addictive. Very difficult to get off of and stay off of. I went low-glycemic for 3 years then fell off the wagon. I've gone low-glycemic again intermittently ever since. I'm having a very hard time making it stick as a permanent lifestyle choice.
- Spidra Webster
I have been making an effort, lately, to eat healthily. I thought I ate healthily before, but I guess I didn't go far enough. I'm eating way more fiber and low glycemic index stuff, and... I feel great! It's really the feeling I'm surprised by, and it's fantastic.
- Danielle Fong
All I had to hear was that sugar causes your body to age faster due to the increase in insulin and that was me cutting down a whoooole lot of sugar in my diet... a couple extra pounds I can handle, but getting old - hell no! :))

"What do you think of my tipping point predictions? Do you agree with all of them? Do you disagree? What are your tech predictions for 2010?"

"I have many of my family members on Facebook, but I have not installed the we're related app, and I don't list my siblings and parents on my profile."

"Thanks for the comment Tim. SLA = Service Level Agreement I am assuming. With the issue of privacy, Google is one of the most trustworthy corporations out there, but if there is highly confidential intellectual property that must be contained I can certainly understand having an internal system. I wonder whether your internal system is accessible from anywhere though. Perhaps it is, my York University email address is web based, but it has glitched on me several times and ruined emails I was composing. Comparatively, I have never had downtime, or glitches, with Google Apps."

It's between the stroke one from the neuroanatomist - Jill Barad, I now remember - and the very first one I ever saw, on Seadragon out of MSFT.

"Also, I think Twitter is here to stay. I think that in the coming years we will see Twitter grow at a faster rate than even Facebook, which now boasts over 350,000,000 users."
- Garin Kilpatrick
""This is a revolutionary period of time that we are living in and we have to appreciate these huge changes" So true. I love the empowerment of Social Media and plan to use it in every way I can. Thanks for the cool post Thomas!"
- Garin Kilpatrick
"I certainly agree that it is time for a new player to step onto the Social Media scene. I have been sending several posts, usually just pictures, from my iPhone to my posterous (http://garin.posterous.com) and it is getting easier and more natural for me to Blog on the go all the time. I miss my Blackberry for the keyboard but I am getting really fast with the iPhone. I like your "The World is My Network" brand Paul! Facebook has the privacy market cornered, but I think the real value in social media lies in open platforms which enable connections and conversations with new people we have never met before, like on Twitter. I will not be surprised if Twitter growth exceeds Facebook growth in the years to come, since it enables the expansion of a network, not just communication within a network that already exists."
- Garin Kilpatrick
"I think Twitter Rocks more than ever because of the new Lists feature! I find it cool to engage within channels I create. I find it surprising if you disagree since you have almost five times as many tweets as me! I joined Twitter a year and two days ago, and I see from your stats here: http://twitterholic.com/pfmonac... that you Paul have been on Twitter for over two years. I wish I joined sooner because I have already in one year discovered so many interesting people who tweet!"
