"Me? Hate? Puh-leeze. I would never hate on a fellow Hokie, even if they are a Steelers fan. :) Oh, by the way, we locked up Emily for our wedding photos next December. Enjoy your day off! Did you ever figure out what to do with yourself?"

"OMG Kim! You're such a sellout! Blogging for personal gain? Where do you think you are, America!? Oh...wait. :-) Let's see, I would use use the 100 Postcards as a "save the date" for our December 2010 wedding. Our friends and families are spread out across the country from Hawaii to Washington to Colorado and what seems like all points in between."

"It was a print card that we produced. We scanned it in because we think it is a pretty unique card. I have floated the idea of make it available each fall in the bookstores, but so far, no dice."

Virginia Tech wide receiver Jarrett Boykin has huge hands. They're so big that his finger regularly rip through the seams of size XXXL Nike gloves - the largest size Nike makes. Those hands combined with his 6-2, 215 pound frame make him one of the most dangerous wide receivers in Hokies history.

Ryan Williams has already broken two rushing records at Virginia Tech in his freshman season. He broke Darren Evans' record for most 100-yard games by a running back. So what's next for the ACC's leading rusher, who is also ranked seventh in the country? How about Tech's freshman record for most rushing yards in a season; most 100-yard games in a season by running back (freshman or otherwise), and maybe even Tech's single season rushing record.

Virginia Tech chose "Enter Sandman" over "Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns N' Roses and "Sirius" by the Alan Parsons Project. The first game to use the entrance was the 2000 season opener against Georgia Tech. The Hokies were coming off an 11-1 season and a loss to Florida State in the National Championship game. Of course, the game against Georgia Tech was canceled due to a severe lightning storm and never replayed.

There has been talk among Virginia Tech fans about Hokie head football coach Frank Beamer hiring old friend Ralph Friedgen, should he get fired at Maryland. While that sounds good around the water cooler, there are some practical implication to consider.

Virginia Tech redshirt freshman running back Ryan Williams has exceeded expectations in his first season with the Hokies. He leads the ACC in rushing, is ninth in the country, and is set to break every major freshman rushing record at Virginia Tech. All reasons why he was named a 2009 Doak Walker Award semifinalist.

"Nothing now, it appears to be working. But, I was not able to access the two new profiles earlier. The error message said Disqus was unable to access that page and that the support team had been notified. On the Drupal site, the comment box was on the page, but instead of a blank text box, it displayed a Disqus error Web page. Everything seems to be working now, though. Thanks for the response!"

"I tried to create two new profiles, but when I attempt to view them in my "overview" section, I get an error page. Also, it's not working on my Drupal site."

"Krista, You are quite welcome. We are always looking to highlight the philanthropy efforts of our students and the sisters we talked with from ZTA were excellent representatives of your organization. Good luck with the pancake dinner tonight! Gary Cope"
- Gary
"I had no idea you were ZTA! The girls were really nice and you could tell that this was more than just another "philanthropy" project for them. It hit home with them. Really wish I could make it to the pancake dinner tonight (all you can eat for $5), but I have my son tonight and he has school in the morning."

"Spoiler Alert! I'm about to explain how this works, so if you'd rather not know, do not read any further! You have been warned. :) With the help of my math wiz girlfriend, she pointed out that all of the answers are multiples of 9. For example, if you pick a two-digit number from 10 to 19 and use the site's math (10 - 1- 0 = 9, 11 - 1 - 1 = 9, 12 -1 - 2 = 9, etc.), every answer will be 9 and every box with a multiple of 9 has the same answer. If you chose a number between 20 and 29, your answer will always be 18; 30 to 39 will always be 27 ... you get the point. Look at the screen the next time and look at boxes 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72 and 81. The answers are all the same. So, how do you get different answers when you repeat the steps? Well, when you try again, they change the answers in the boxes. BUT, the answers for boxes with multiples of 9 will always be the same. One time it's Potpourri, the next time you try it might be Label Maker."

"Who is "kimbaland" and what have you done with kimboslice?! Totally threw me off. Did you blog about the name change? Of course, when you were kimboslice, I couldn't help but think of that street brawler wannabe MMA fighter dude, so maybe the change is a positive thing. Overall, the quality of clothing at the name brand stores has been on the decline for quite some time. Honestly, the most durable and comfortable pair of khaki's I own are Wranglers. I was totally skeptical, but needed a pair in a pinch. I hope this letter gets a response, but what if they give you a store credit or gift card ... do you really want to buy more crap from them? Good luck!"
