A coach/teacher is wise to initially explain what/how to do something to eliminate wasting a learner's time. But, humans learn most effectively as outlined by the graphic here. I did! So I did some research. I discovered to my horror that modern, hybridized wheat is killing wo(men) worldwide. It's also giving both sexes bulging stomachs, which are especially deadly for women, and estrogen-induced man boobs or "moobs" to men. Despite the claims of the food industry supported by so-called disease-care professionals, science has proven it is much-touted but toxic "whole wheat" and other hybridized grains that are digging for us all, inexorably, an earlier grave than necessary. The proverb in my last post was one of my Mom's favourite 'Sayins', as she called them!
