You and a friend are about to share your favorite food and have tried to split it evenly into two, but one piece is clearly bigger. Your friend offers you first choice, what do you do? Why?
I take the smaller. I'd be physically unable to take the larger one. And I'd start eating it very quickly, looking down, so they wouldn't be able to change my mind. - Bec Rowe @d0tski
I take the smaller, because I shouldn't be eating the bigger portion anyway. - Penguin
Take the bigger piece. You never know if you will have another chance to choose. And if it's a friend, it wouldn't matter anyway. - Morgan
I go for the small one every time. (Unless it's pizza. Then it depends on who's offering.) - David Cook
I always go for the smaller piece. I believe its polite. And also if I'm in the company of a good friend - I enjoy giving to them...more than I take. - Melissa
I take the big one because everyone knows I eat a lot - they're quite forgiving. ;) - Mona Nomura
Take the smaller piece. Just because. - Yolanda
I think I'm conditioned to get the smaller piece of whatever it is (MVB, for the sake of argument let's say it is also your friend's fave food). The stars know I have half a mind to go up and order another one so me and said friends can indulge again with a peace of mind. - Derrick
Smaller. I tend to eat less at a time than everyone I know. With kids I always do the, one cuts, one picks method, though. - Lix
Take both, tell them they should of just taken whichever they wanted, now they have none :D - Simon Wicks
If I had to share my plate, that means I'm not that hungry. So I'd take the smaller piece. It depends on the food and the person too though. - Rodfather
Why not just count the number of peanut butter m&ms and ensure it was even? If it was an odd number, i'd let my friend have one more because one m&m isn't a big deal when splitting a 1lb bag. - ·[▪_▪]·
give it to them b'cause as long as I can remember I have never felt good doing anything different - even when I know they wouldn't do the same thing - Marco(aureliusmaximus)
@Robot - hilarious! - Jen (SquirrelGirl)
Mark: that's how you 'small half of the' roll? - Morgan
If it is a favorite of both of us, break both pieces and try to keep it even by averaging the four. If its just my favorite and they know this, I'm eating the big piece. If they like it more, they can probably have the whole thing, because I would likely be more hungry than whatever is presented, - The Amber
I always offer the big piece. If they are really a friend, they know it's my favorite, so they'll probably decline, but I wouldn't really care either way. - Rah-PM 2012
Remember Chris Rock's bit about how dad ALWAYS gets the big piece of chicken? I'mma bout to rummage through some You Tube... - Derrick
This question is why I don't share at restaurants. If you wanted what I ordered, you should've ordered your own. Especially because if we're splitting it, I'm going to defer to you and give you more...even if I want the larger piece. - Jason Toney
go through the: no you have sit, no you, nooooo you have it exhange, until finallllly, you just say - OK - The Real sofarsoShawn
Eat the smaller piece of food. Kindness is always rewarded later on. - Steven Perez
I run a game of chance with some die, pick a number and a number of rolls, you have 6 die to make them all match your number in the attempts you offered IE I picked the number 4 with 3 rolls, first roll I have three 4's and remove them, 2nd roll I have 1 more removed, last roll I missed and now the bigger piece is the other persons... or with the flip of a coin, heads I get bigger piece, tails they do. With it being this complicated, not many people like sharing food with me! - T-Bone Tsali, FF Cherokee
Smaller because if it is my favorite food, then I need less of it because it's probably chocolate cake!! :o) - Just Katie
This has nothing to do with this post: I was just scrolling through handwriting meme posts when I noticed I wasn't sub'd to you. I thought I did that back in December when you sub'd to me. Sorry about that! Okay, as you were. - Vicarbott
oh, and I take the smaller one. Because that's what my parents taught me to do. - Vicarbott
Take the bigger slice. You have to be an idiot to take the smaller... SHEESH - Outsanity
If I take the first pick, I always take the smaller portion. Most of my friends do the same. - Parth Awasthi
I choose the smaller piece! ... lol @ Mona's comment! - Brandon
Neither. The food is poisoned. You kill your friend and take their wallet and use the money to buy more food. Simple. #dwight - Josh Mull from twhirl
I take the smaller. The average meal is two for me, plus all my friends are bigger than I am. - MiniMage, enterRUPPted
