do you think that if all the major isp's put caps on their services...new services will come out that progress the internet? in other words..is it possible that the internet will grow because more people will be motivated to find a way around the caps? - raincloudcat

The question is how. I live in a area that is serviced by a Monopoly others will have more options. But when you have a single company as the sole source broadband provider in the area their bw cap consideration is concerning - Todd Cochrane
