Google Reader recommendations and FriendFeed follows/subscriptions could be merged
I mainly use a combination of Feedly (http://www.feedly.com) and MioNews (http://www.mionews.com) to consume all my RSS feeds, Google Reader recommends and FriendFeed follows. The only problem is that my Google Reader recommends, and Friendfeed subscriptions are out of sync. For example I subscribe to Corvida's recommended reading in Google Reader, but don't have her as a friend in FriendFeed, so I'm possibly missing out on a bunch of stuff. It would be really good if I could sync the two. However, it's a major project to find the gaps and overlaps between them. Does anyone know of any great tech to help me bring the two together? - Neill Adamson
Looks like I have been missing a trick with the little "+" icon in Feedly. After running the import process again I now have 23 Follows in Feedly. But It's still doesn't total to the 48 follows I have in FriendFeed. Hmmm. Must say, though, I am impressed with Feedly's support at http://getsatisfaction.com/feedly. Props to Edwin Khodabakchian, he is doing a sterling job in keeping up with all the feedback, suggestions and fixes. - Neill Adamson from NoiseRiver
