I have to say as a graphic and  website designer, many a time large of amounts of pictures need to be transferred to me from my clients and putting it on disc and delivering it is not practical either.  10 gigs goes quickly with high resolution artwork and images. I really think that you need to consider  a few things. 1) people are ware of international bandwidth offerings and they know they are being short changed. 2) More Bandwidth increases the flow and speed of business, ultimately the growth of the economy.  3) Not every "abuser" is downloading illegal stuff, some of it is just work, every business uses the internet differently. In the true nature of blogging and social media, you might want to actually reply and engage your reader's. "Of The Many SEO Articles I have read this week, this one certainly sticks out. I have bookmarked and will do a check on how I am doing. I for one have been struggling to make time to write posts on my blog and when I have, I have always focused on high quality and not frequency, so I am glad for the update. I also strongly agree with guest posting, I currently only have three posts since i cleaned a few out and kept the guest posting ones, which has kept my ranking down for a prolonged period. :)" - Geoffrey Gordon
