Alright, so who has an illicit podcast feed of today's (and future) Gillmor Gangs? Barring that, how 'bout somebody who recorded it and has a download link?

Could someone PLEASE translate this bit of high-jargon value snippet of Gillmor's into somewhat colloquial English for me? I'd rather have the option of making a post visible to all (like for a Tweet) or just visible to my current Facebook friends. I added the third choice but perhaps that's one too many. I'd prefer this over a privacy setting.
