many countries spend many hours a month on-line. US is high, but so is Scandinavia, UK, Japan (on their mobiles), Germany. FR, SP, IT are low cause why sit in front of a screen, when you can sit in a cafe! Poor infra places (MidEast, Africa, India, China) are low but rising fast.
