@ChoosingChange To remove the driver, do the uninstall from add/remove progs, then double check the windows print driver pool, then unplug

Today is shaping up to be a good kind of busy day. Process changes designed last night should really free up time for billable work, too.
It's a major business process when you have people wanting to PAY you for work and you have to delay them days and weeks, but that's FIXED!
