Enjoying a lovely air-conditoned morning with my tired baby...
I always have something fun to say prior to getting on facebook...and then I either A) Forget what it was, B) Feel stupid for writing it on facebook, or C) I just stop caring altogether. I think I am currently in category D--All of the above.
Still nursing sore quad...but I should be good by July 10th for the next tourney!
Get together Saturday night...get together Sunday afternoon...get together last night for Father's B-day....finally get to beach! Woohoo!!! To be followed by another get together of course... (We need another week out here for more "Get Together's").
In L.A. safe and sound...found my family, now if I can just find my friends!
Clothes check...Air-conditioning check...now I need to find Jackie and put her in the car...
Looking forward to L.A.! Now I just have to make sure my car has air-conditioning so we don't melt on the drive there...
RIP Ronnie James...you have been and always will be one of my faves...and you were the only bona fide rock god who without a doubt singled me out and acknowledged me during a performance...classy man, amazing vocalist...you will be missed.
At home chillin' after a fairly busy week o' work! Lookin' forward to spendin' some time with my lady...and lookin forward to L.A. in a few weeks!!!
Great two weeks! Saw old friends, made some new ones, had bunches of fun and even did some work on the side!
Back from Minnesota...for a day...then off and running again....I'M TAHRD!! Successful and fun trip though! Miss everybody already!
So I'm doing well thus far...two nights, hanging with friends, selling some shows, helping some students...AND I'm a cheap date at the bar! Woohoo!!!
Headin' to Minnesota...to see friends, see one I haven't seen in WAAAAY too long, make some new friends, and do some business! All that's missin' is my honey bunches of oats...to celebrate in the place where our relationship-type thang began...
Wow! Almost pulled it off! Every step of the way those Bulldogs did better than I thought they would. I predicted Duke would pull away within the last five minutes...but they never could. I'm impressed and proud of my alma mater! Even if I 'd never gone there, that team gained my total respect and I'd have rooted for them anyway...congrats guys!!
Wow...I feel like I'm writing one of these "status updates" constantly...but in reality it's only like once every three weeks! I don't know how the rest of you do it...(actually I'm assuming you're all at computers way more than me...)
So recently I have a new influx of "friends" who have wanted to add me to their friend list, but they won't tell me how they know me, or even IF they know me....but they want to be my friend anyway....hmm...must be my fivehead!
I don't know what's on my mind, but I know what's in my chest...heartburn!! Too much pizza, wine and donuts I guess...
