Voicemail instructions are totally irritating (carriers eeking out one more minute to charge us), but I can't agree that voicemail itself is inneficient. The methods by which we retrieve voicemail are still limited - text to speech/speech to text, visual voicemail, etc. - outside of the context of enterprise unified communications solutions. - jcunwired
